Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Management, Business, Economics or similar.
- Recently graduated and/or up to 3 years of professional experience.
- Strong finance knowledge and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English; Polish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through Planning & Reporting, Corporate Finance, and Commercial Finance to gain end-to-end exposure.
- Grad Academy includes two-week international experience in the UK and leadership training with international graduates.
