BAT invites high-potential graduates to join its 18-month Global Graduate Programme, aimed at developing international leadership through cross-functional rotations in Finance. The programme includes onboarding, mentoring, international experiences, and a UK-based Grad Academy, with a path to a Junior Manager in the finance area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Management, Business, Economics or similar.
• Recently graduated and/or up to 3 years of professional experience.
• Strong finance knowledge and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English; Polish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Planning & Reporting, Corporate Finance, and Commercial Finance to gain end-to-end exposure.
• Grad Academy includes two-week international experience in the UK and leadership training with international graduates.

It's one of a kind 18-month managerial programme that's geared specifically for high-potential individuals.

Goal of it?

To lay the foundation for your successful and internationally oriented leadership career in BAT.

As a Global Management Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to rotate through various positions to fully understand the dynamics of our market. All of it in a diverse and multinational environment with accountability from day one through cross-functional projects.

What's waiting for you within 18 months?

• Onboarding - tailored induction trainings and field visits with our sales teams to understand how the business really works, meeting your dedicated mentor and buddy who'll support you along the way in BAT.

Rotations in possible areas

• Planning & Reporting - you'll manage cost of sales and financial targets, complete monthly reporting cycles
• Corporate Finance - opportunity to support compliance monitoring processes, collaborate with external auditors and assist in verifying accounting accuracy and timely reporting
• Commercial Finance - includes financial scenario modeling, marketing investment & stakeholder management, PowerBI dashboards creation
• Grad Academy - a two-week international experience in the UK, where graduates from around the world come together to train leadership skills and networking.

What's next?

After successful completion of the programme you'll become Junior manager in the finance area. Based on your performance, you may also receive an opportunity to go for an international rotation.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Management, Business, Economics or similar
• Recently graduated and/or up to 3 years of professional experience
• Passion for finance and a general knowledge of its core functions
• Analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong intercultural competencies from international experiences
• Self-motivation, willingness to take initiative and a drive to succeed
• National and/or international mobility
• Proficiency in English (both written & spoken)
• Polish - nice to have
