Job summary

DANONE Future Specialist Program in Katowice is a 6-month paid internship designed to accelerate your career in Supply Chain. You will gain hands-on experience by working on meaningful projects with international teams, learning from experienced professionals and taking ownership from day one.

Start date is December 2026. The program combines 2 days in the office (Chorzowska 6, Katowice) and 3 remote days, offering international exposure, mentoring, and the chance to influence real business

Qualifications

Good command of English (minimum B2).
Availability to work full-time in a hybrid work model - 2 days in the office (Chorzowska 6, Katowice), 3 days working remotely.
Strong learning agility and growth mindset.
Curiosity and willingness to take ownership.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Positive, proactive and can-do attitude.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work across different teams when needed.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate shipments, warehouses, and delivery schedules.
Ensure full stock availability while maintaining healthy inventory levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe.
Dive into data and analytics to identify trends and support decisions.
Challenge existing processes and take part in improvement projects.
Gain hands-on experience in an international environment and develop collaboration skills.
