Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, or similar.
• 10+ years in quality assurance or supplier development in chemicals.
• Experience with supplier audits, material approvals, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier qualification via SAP Ariba assessments and on-site audits.
• Drive improvement actions at suppliers based on audits and process gaps.
• Oversee global material approvals to ensure compliance for critical transformer materials.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive annual performance evaluations.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions with suppliers.
