Job summary

Autoliv is seeking a Global Solution Lead for OneStream forecasting and xP&A to enhance and govern the enterprise planning solution across groups and functions. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and tech teams, ensuring robust governance, data integrity, and continuous improvement.

The role requires a finance/IS background, English fluency, and experience with FP&A processes and driver-based models. MBA is a plus, with strong change management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• MBA would be considered a plus
• Fluency in English is required
• Experience in enterprise planning processes (FP&A, budgeting, forecasting)
• Experience designing driver-based and multidimensional planning models
• Hands-on experience with EPM tools and systems management (OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning)
• OneStream Certified Professional is preferred

In this role you will be responsible for improving Autoliv’s OneStream forecasting and planning solution, ensuring it meets business needs and reporting standards acting as an extension of the Business Control Team.

The role acts as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving system enhancements, supporting operations, and safeguarding data quality and processes. It involves leading change initiatives, coordinating complex enhancements, and ensuring robust governance, data integrity, and adherence to best practices.

In addition, the role includes administrative tasks, troubleshooting support, oversees documentation and training, and drives continuous improvement and simplification of processes.

In This Role You Will

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• Master of MBA would be considered a plus
• Fluency in English is required
• Worked as a Financial Controller at some point, preferably at a manufacturing company
• Experience from enterprise planning processes (FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning)
• Experience designing driver-based and multidimensional planning models
• Hands‑on experience with EPM tools & systems management (e.g., OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning)
• OneStream Certified Professional is preferred
• Experience in finance transformation
• Proficiency in data modeling (dimensions, hierarchies, allocations, assumptions)
