Job summary

MADIFF is seeking a Credit Risk Analyst to join our team responsible for assessing SME credit applications and supporting lending decisions. You will analyse financial documentation, evaluate credit risk and client creditworthiness, and collaborate with banks, financial institutions and internal teams.

The role requires a degree in Economics or Finance, experience in credit risk or financial analysis, strong analytical and numerical skills, good English, and solid communication with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Banking or similar.
• Commercial experience within Credit Risk, Lending or Financial Analysis.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Experience analysing financial statements.
• Good English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a structured corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify SME credit applications
• Analyse financial statements, reports and credit bureau information
• Assess credit exposure and lending risk
• Cooperate with banks, financial institutions and business partners
• Monitor client transactions and support fraud prevention activities
• Analyse loan portfolio quality and recommend corrective actions
• Work closely with internal risk and business teams
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and procedures
