Job summary

Takeda in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a seasoned professional to support global site budgeting and contracting (SB&C). You will partner with Sites, CROs, and internal teams to negotiate and administer Master Clinical Trial Agreements and budgets, ensuring timely study startup forecasts and contract execution.

You will lead budget setup, align with TAU and CRO partners, and drive improvements in SB&C metrics with data-driven decision making and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree or international equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting with increasing responsibility within pharma, CRO, or related vendor.
• At least 2 years of global site budgeting/contracting oversight and/or negotiation.
• Ability to explain data and facilitate data-driven decision making.
• Expertise in principles driving country/site budgeting and contracting strategies.
• Excellent organizational, decision-making and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage negotiations, finalization and administration of Master Clinical Trial Agreements and budgets.
• Oversee study level SB&C function and budgets; ensure timelines and quality.
• Coordinate with Study Start up Managers, CROs, Clinical Operations and TAU partners to improve SB&C metrics and processes.
• Escalate global budget issues and drive timely contract execution.
• Apply standard SB&C processes across projects and contribute to TA-aligned strategies.
• Leverage industry tools and data sources for budget/contract feedback.
