Qualifications

• Experience identifying customer needs via interviews, surveys, analytics, workshops, or VoC programs.
• Ability to balance short-term objectives with long-term portfolio growth.
• Proven leadership across cross-functional and global matrix organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate market insights into strategies.
• Experience with service portfolios, aftermarket services, and subscription-based offerings.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global service portfolio strategy across lifecycle services, warranty analytics, pricing, and digital offerings.
• Own the service portfolio roadmap from concept to retirement with measurable revenue and retention gains.
• Develop recurring revenue models including subscriptions, maintenance, and digital services.
• Lead development and launch of new service products with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing and regional teams.
• Assess customer needs, competitive offerings, and trends to guide portfolio expansion.
• Create pricing, packaging, warranty, and support policies to improve profitability and satisfaction.
• Define value propositions and commercial strategies for regional sales alignment.
• Monitor metrics such as service revenue, gross margin, renewal rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive process improvements to service delivery efficiency and customer experience.
• Support partnerships and digital transformation initiatives tied to service growth.
