Responsibilities

• Stakeholder relations management
• MSP oversight including governance meetings and onboarding/renewals
• Vendor relations with VMware, Dell EMC, Nutanix, Citrix
• Ticket, change, incident and problem management oversight
• Capacity planning and technology stack alignment
• Hardware/software maintenance contract reviews
• Collaborate with Solutions Architecture on standards & strategy
• Audit & compliance including quarterly SOX controls
• Project sponsorship and oversight
• Rollout of hyperconverged infrastructure (Nutanix) across sites
• Global backup solution deployment
• Upgrade of VMware and Citrix environments
• Active Directory domain functional level upgrades
• Support ITGC transformation and SOX controls automation
