Job summary

Stellantis Gliwice is seeking a Senior Purchasing Program Buyer to lead purchasing activities for new vehicle launches and engineering changes. You will align with program milestones and manage supplier readiness to meet cost targets.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement, strong cost analysis, and fluent English. Hybrid work model with 60% on-site and 40% remote, plus diverse benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Economic Master Degree is preferable.
• 5+ years of procurement experience.
• Proficient in cost analysis and negotiations.
• Good knowledge of automotive products and technologies.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with purchasing divisions and cross-functional teams to support strategy.
• Represent purchasing in program meetings and ensure supplier capabilities meet requirements.
• Monitor part development and deadlines, ensuring cost targets.
• Manage design changes and engineering releases with supplier communication.
• Track BOM cost evolution and drive VA/VE initiatives and benchmarking.
• Ensure supplier readiness across prototype to production and mitigate risks.
• Lead development programs and manage ~70% of lifecycle changes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution with suppliers.
