Job summary

ARGO-HYTOS Group AG is seeking a Security & Compliance Engineer to help ensure information security and compliance are documented, implemented, and operated globally. You will combine ISMS/compliance activities with hands-on security engineering in the Microsoft/Entra environment, collaborating with global IT colleagues, the Cyber Defence Center, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT security experience in a technical role including M365/Entra administration, endpoint management or IT operations.
• Good understanding of Microsoft security concepts: IAM, endpoint protection, cloud security.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 concepts: risk-based controls, policies, evidence, audit readiness.
• Technical knowledge across IAM, endpoint security, secure access, vulnerability management, logging/SIEM, or backup/recovery.
• Proactive, structured, and pragmatic working style with clear documentation and cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve the ISMS and compliance, audit prep, evidence collection, risk tracking, remediation follow-up.
• Translate security and compliance requirements into practical technical controls and verify effectiveness.
• Implement and operate core security controls in the Microsoft/Entra environment (MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, privileged access, access reviews).
• Coordinate security activities such as Cyber Defence Center investigations, vulnerability and patch management, incident response, backup/restore security and restore-test evidence.
• Integrate security into IT operations, change/release processes, service management, and report security posture using KPIs (MFA coverage, device compliance, patch status).
