ARGO-HYTOS Group in Poland seeks a Security & Compliance Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen information security and compliance globally. You will implement and operate core security controls within the Microsoft/Entra stack and work with IT teams, the Cyber Defence Center, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant operations.

• Hands-on IT security, M365/Entra admin, endpoint management, or similar technical role.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft security concepts (IAM, endpoint protection, cloud security).
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 risk-based controls, policies, evidence, and audit readiness.
• Ability to document, communicate across IT and business, and follow topics to closure.

Responsabilidades

• Support and improve ISMS, audit prep, evidence collection, risk tracking, remediation.
• Translate security and compliance requirements into technical controls and verify their effectiveness.
• Implement and operate core security controls in Microsoft/Entra environment (MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, privileged access, access reviews, endpoint security, hardening).
• Coordinate security operations such as Cyber Defence Center investigations, vulnerability and patch management, incident response, backup/restore security, ransomware resilience, restore-test evidence.
• Integrate security into IT operations, change/release processes, service management, report security posture using KPIs (MFA coverage, device compliance, patch status, critical risks, restore-test success).
