Job summary

The Global Security Training and Awareness Senior Analyst will own and execute the Security Training & Awareness program, partnering with Legal, HR, Communications, and Business Information Security Officers to drive awareness initiatives globally.

You will plan and deliver training across formats, measure outcomes with data-driven metrics, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve security behavior and policy adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, MIS, CS, or other STEM equivalent required.
• 5-7 years with security awareness, training, and development, management with multi-national teams globally.
• Experience with deep analysis of data and metrics captured within the security awareness and training programs.
• Working understanding of Microsoft suite of collaboration tools, especially Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Experience writing and creating training for a global company.
• Technical writing background and high attention to detail.
• Ability to develop communications that resonate globally.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across multiple organizations, sectors, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute against yearly objectives and plans for the Security Training & Awareness Program.
• Ensure that the security awareness program communicates security policies and requirements so that people know, understand, and follow them.
• Create positive initiatives that engage employees, including focusing on changing behaviors both at home and at work.
• Design and execute awareness and training program that includes a variety of formats for all in-scope associates (video, digital signs, posters, hands-on activities, etc.)
• Partner with global sector leads, policy team, and incident response team in developing training topics.
• Produce meaningful, measured metrics in regards to the Security Awareness Program
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project deliverables, goals, and milestones
• Recognize opportunities for improvement and take the initiative to implement changes
