Job summary

The Global Security Training and Awareness Senior Analyst at PepsiCo leads execution of the information security education and awareness program, partnering with Legal, HR, Communications, and other stakeholders. The role manages yearly objectives like the annual training, phishing simulations, and awareness campaigns.

Responsibilities include designing engaging training formats, developing topics with policy and incident response teams, and delivering measurable metrics to drive program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, MIS, CS, or other STEM equivalent required.
• 5-7 years with the following experiences: security awareness, training, and development, management with multi-national teams globally.
• Experience with deep analysis of data and metrics captured within the security awareness and training programs.
• Working understanding of Microsoft suite of collaboration tools, especially Power BI
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong command of the English language
• Experience writing and creating training for a global company
• Technical writing background and high attention to detail
• Ability to develop communications that resonate globally
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across multiple organizations, sectors, and teams

• Partner with global sector leads, policy team, and incident response team in developing training topics.
• Produce meaningful, measured metrics in regards to the Security Awareness Program Plan, schedule, and monitor project deliverables, goals, and milestones
• Recognize opportunities for improvement and take the initiative to implement changes

Overview

The Global Security Training and Awareness Senior Analyst is responsible for executing some of the Information Security education and awareness program within Information Security. They will be assigned ownership of tasks within the program, such as the Global Annual training, phishing simulations, awareness campaigns, social media, or new programs to be developed. Ownership of the task includes the planning and execution of the activity as well as partnering with key stakeholders such as Business Information Security Officers, Legal, HR, and Communications.

Compensation and Benefits: The expected starting compensation range for this position is 278,800 PLN annually (gross). Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
