At Danaher, the Red Teaming Global Lead drives adversary emulation, red/purple team operations, and offensive validation. Enterprise security strategy and risk priorities are set by leadership; the Global Lead shapes and refines the offensive-validation strategy, then owns executing it safely — campaign planning, rules of engagement, legal/safety governance, reporting, and remediation validation. The Global Lead works independently and partners with detection-engineering, threat-intel, IAM, cloud, and app teams that each own their own environment.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Exposure Management (CTEM) and is part of the Danaher Information Security (DIS) located in Krakow, Poland and will be an on-site role.

This is a Danaher Corporate role, hosted by our Cytiva operating company in Kraków.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design adversary-emulation campaigns and rules of engagement mapped to MITRE ATT&CK/ATLAS and business objectives .

  • Engineer/develop offensive capability: tradecraft, tooling, C2 setup, and automation for repeatable, safe operations.

  • Design the purple-team model and detection-validation feedback loop with detection engineering.

  • Design the sustainability & governance model: safe-operations standards, legal/safety coordination, evidence handling, and remediation-validation cadence.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Extensive (7-9 years preferably) offensive security or red team experience, including leading engagements .

  • Experience planning and executing adversary emulation and red/purple team operations mapped to a framework such as MITRE ATT&CK, including rules of engagement and safe operations.

  • Hands-on exploitation and attack-path experience across Windows/Active Directory, identity, cloud, and application environments using command-and-control and offensive tooling (such as Cobalt Strike, Mythic, BloodHound , or Burp Suite).

  • Experience translating offensive findings into prioritized control and detection improvements with detection-engineering and stakeholder teams.

  • Experience coordinating global engagements across legal and works -council contexts.

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

  • Cloud, OT, or AI red teaming experience.

  • OSCP, CRTO, OSEP, OSCE3, GXPN, or equivalent offensive certification.
