Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Security Awareness Specialist to design and deliver engaging cybersecurity awareness initiatives. You will develop content that promotes a strong security culture, including training materials, newsletters, and e-learning content.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, and external partners, with a data-driven approach to measure impact and improve programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Security Awareness, Communications, Marketing, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and secure behaviors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with content creation tools.
• Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Experience running Security Awareness programs in large organizations (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver security awareness training and educational materials.
• Create newsletters, awareness campaigns, presentations, videos, and e-learning content.
• Translate cybersecurity topics into engaging, business-friendly messaging.
• Manage and maintain awareness content on SharePoint and other communication platforms.
• Leverage generative AI tools to produce modern learning materials.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, and external partners.
• Monitor awareness program effectiveness through reporting and KPIs.
