Job summary

LITIT, a joint venture between NTT DATA and Reiz Tech, seeks a Senior SAP Transportation Management Lead to drive end-to-end transformation within a global program. This role requires deep SAP TM expertise, hands-on ACTIVATE delivery, and ability to align business, IT, and governance functions across SAP modules such as EWM and S/4HANA.

The candidate will lead workshops, define target operating models, and govern TM data architecture while guiding a hybrid cloud/SAP landscape.

Qualifications

• Total SAP SCM experience: 15+ years in SAP SCM transformation.
• SAP TM expertise: 8+ years in SAP TM architecture/execution.
• Transformation leadership: leadership roles in large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs.
• Methodology: hands-on SAP ACTIVATE framework experience.

Responsibilities

• Transformation & Workstream Leadership: lead SAP TM workstream through ACTIVATE lifecycle.
• Team Leadership, Mentoring & Capability Building: manage delivery team and enable client IT teams.
• Process, TOC & Data Architecture Design: own end-to-end TM process design and data model governance.
• Solution Architecture & Integration Governance: define future-state TM architecture and cross-system integration.
