Job summary
Alcon is seeking a Manager, Master Data Governance to lead regional data stewardship and end-to-end MD governance across multiple divisions and regions. The role requires strong SAP MDG expertise, data migration experience, and proven leadership in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications
- 5-7 years of Master Data Management experience in a global environment, strong SAP MDG expertise.
- Experienced in data migration and SAP implementations with cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven leadership of teams or stakeholders and ability to drive projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational management of Local Data Stewards in the region.
- Perform MDM daily operations and projects across Alcon divisions and regions.
- Lead major projects affecting multiple divisions, franchises and regions.
- Help achieve department budget targets.
- Responsible for talent development of LDS in the region.
- Maintain and enhance compliance with controls.
