Job summary

Moderna in Warsaw leads the SAP Master Data Operations within the SAP Center of Excellence to ensure accurate, compliant master data across SAP domains. You’ll work at the intersection of business process ownership, solution architecture, and governance to enable scalable SAP processes for global operations.

You will drive data quality, standardization, and continuous improvement while partnering with SAP Owners and Architects to meet enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS preferred in supply chain management, logistics, engineering and/or business administration with experience in pharmaceutical data management and project management
• Experience: 5+ years in various Supply Chain, Project Management, and Manufacturing functions (pharma/biotech preferred)
• Certification in APICS or related disciplines is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the SAP Master Data Operations team to deliver operational excellence and continuous learning
• Serve as execution/control layer within Moderna SAP operating model for accurate, reliable master data
• Guide SAP configuration and delivery teams ensuring documentation and governance
• Collaborate with SAP Business Process Owners and SAP Solution Architects to align master data with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements
• Create and enforce SAP master data standards for Material and Customer Master
• Oversee master data creation/maintenance ensuring compliance with rules and workflows
• Apply data governance standards and procedures across SAP master data
• Perform data quality checks, validations, and monitoring for accuracy and consistency
• Conduct root-cause analysis on master data issues with cross-functional partners
• Support internal audit, regulatory compliance, and control frameworks
• Enable end-to-end SAP processes through trusted master data across the enterprise
• Identify and implement continuous improvement to standardization and scalability
