Job summary

Moderna Warsaw is expanding its Logistics Operations Hub. This hands-on role coordinates GDP-compliant distribution, automates processes, and uses SAP and real-time visibility tools to move medicines quickly and safely to patients worldwide.

You will design reports, support data integration, maintain SOPs, and partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Digital teams to optimize service levels and costs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Distribution/Logistics and/or Supply Chain.
• BS/BA Degree preferred in Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics or Business Management.
• Pharma/biotech experience and knowledge of cGMP/cGDP environments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and transportation operations and customs handling for import/export.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute day-to-day logistics operations across the GDP‑compliant global distribution network.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day key user for SAP and Logistics Control Tower.
• Design, develop, and improve operational reports with stakeholders and IT teams.
• Support data integration and automation initiatives including API/EDI, RPA, and AI tools.
• Configure and optimize KPI dashboards and self‑service reporting for proactive decisions.
• Maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, and quality documentation for GDP/GMP compliance.
