Societe Generale in Warsaw is seeking a Sanctions and Embargoes Analyst within the Regulatory and Administrative Operations Team. You will engage with senior management on global and regional governance, gaining exposure to sanctions, compliance, and operations at one of the world's largest financial institutions.

The role offers hands-on experience with data governance, reporting, and documentation, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and requires strong English communication and teamwork in

Qualifications

• Degree in business, administration, economics, finance or law.
• Completed traineeships or experience in international financial institutions.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with timely delivery.
• Fluent English with good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a culturally diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in coordination and monitoring of sanctions and embargoes on global and regional levels.
• Maintaining cartography of transactional flows and referential data in the designated area.
• Analyzing, monitoring and reporting on performance of coordinated operations by supervised units.
• Ensuring data quality and completeness for assigned tasks.
• Producing operational management and oversight documents in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Facilitating communication with serviced entities and stakeholders.
• Contributing to development and execution of action plans as needed.
• Providing assistance to senior management on related topics.
