Job summary

Citi in Poland is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to support sanctions compliance and data processing. You will handle data extraction, classification, and reporting, while coordinating with Citi branches worldwide.

The role requires attention to regulatory details and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Equipped with English proficiency, you will contribute to sanctions workflows, participate in trainings, and support ad-hoc requests and testing outside standard hours.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal English, minimum B2.
• Understanding sanctions policies and international relations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret documents.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under time pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Readiness to work during public holidays.
• Knowledge of Russian or French is an additional asset.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions efficiently.
• Handle ad‑hoc requests such as data analysis and report preparation.
• Participate in tests of applications outside regular hours.
• Collaborate daily with Citi branches globally.
• Extract and classify data in accordance with sanctions regulations and Citi standards.
• Disposition of sanction matches per regulations and Citi standards.
• Participate in projects and take part in regular training.
