Citi in Olsztyn, Poland, is hiring an entry‑level Sanctions L1 Analyst to support the EMEA Sanctions Screening Hub (EMEA SSH L1 Trade). You will review and disposition sanctions matches in trade transaction screening, ensuring compliance with regulations and Citi standards.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of English written and spoken (B2 level or higher).
• Great communication skills (written and verbal), ability to work in team.
• Having "an eye for detail", being able to read the context of a given document
• Ability to work under time pressure and in constantly changing environment

Responsibilities

• Review and disposition of sanctions matches in accordance with sanctions regulations and Citi standards
• Ensure potential matches are reviewed and resolved in a timely manner while complying with Citi internal policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines
• Cooperation and daily communication with other Citi branches
• Dealing with Ad-hoc requests such as data analysis, preparation of reports
• Participation in tests of applications scheduled outside of working hours
• Taking part in regular courses, making sure that you are up to date with sanctions regulations
• Participation in L1 Trade sanctions process centralization
