Job summary

FourPoint Chicago is seeking a Project Manager to estimate, manage, and deliver structural repair and strengthening projects, mainly post-tensioning and CFRP, across global markets. The role is fully remote with travel 2–3 times per year and requires strong technical competence and superior communication to deliver on time and on budget.

Applicants should have 5+ years in civil construction or related fields, a four-year degree (engineering preferred), and familiarity with Navision, Microsoft

Qualifications

• Five+ years managing repair or strengthening projects preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand structural systems.
• Completion of a Project Management Professional certification preferred.
• OSHA or equivalent safety training preferred or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site safety with project-specific safety plans.
• Lead and coordinate project teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and financial reporting.
• Prepare estimates and shop drawings as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and communicate with clients.
