Responsibilities

• Own or co-own defined operational processes and local projects.
• Translate business needs into practical project plans and trackers.
• Coordinate recurring Hub and LS operational activities across regions and time zones.
• Prepare, consolidate and analyse operational data, project status updates and process metrics.
• Maintain cross-functional project plans, team reports and documentation repositories.
• Plan onsite Hub events, workshops, leadership meetings and onboarding sessions.
