Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Senior Analyst Cross Regional Regulatory Affairs to join the Global Regulatory Affairs team on a one-year fixed-term contract.

Based in Warsaw, you will coordinate regional regulatory strategies, lead cross-regional teams, and ensure timely submissions across markets.

The role requires strong English communication, project management in a matrix environment, and experience in global drug development.

Qualifications

• Global regulatory affairs experience in global drug development and commercialized products is required.
• Experience in at least one major geographic region preferred, with prior global regulatory exposure/experience.
• Ability to independently handle multiple projects in a matrix environment and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate meetings across time zones and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement the regional regulatory strategy and submission plans in line with R&D and business objectives.
• Represent regions and contribute to regional and global regulatory strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Advise product teams on regional/local requirements and impact of supply chain decisions on registrations.
• Lead Regional Working groups to ensure timely execution of product objectives and align with global teams.
• Facilitate tactical implementation at regional level and maintain effective communications with regional/global teams.
• Oversee development of labeling strategies and documentation for regional submissions.
