Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in accounting within an international environment.
• Proven experience managing a team of approx. 8+ people.
• Hands-on experience with relevant accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R processes, ensuring accuracy of financial closing.
• Oversee intercompany accounting and financial reporting requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.

Skills

Strong leadership skills

Expertise in Record-to-Report processes

Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
