Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Record to Report (R2R) Business Analyst in Warsaw, Poland or Porto, Portugal, to translate financial processes into clear requirements and support global R2R initiatives. You will help maintain consistent global processes, strengthen reporting quality, and advance improvement efforts across Bruker.

The role focuses on GL accounting, reconciliations, period-end close, and data integrity, with collaboration across Finance, IT, and shared-service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience in R2R, Finance operations, business analysis, or ERP-enabled transformation.
• Experience in a complex multinational environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of R2R, GL accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Document current and future-state R2R processes and requirements using BPO standards.
• Gather and analyze business requirements; prepare process assessments and data definitions.
• Support intake and evaluation of R2R change requests with rationale and stakeholders.
• Maintain R2R documentation, templates, decision logs, issue lists, and knowledge repositories.
• Analyze close-cycle results, reconciliations, and data-quality concerns; identify root causes.
• Support development of R2R KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, SAP teams to progress priorities.
• Develop test scenarios, evidence, and user acceptance testing.
• Support communications, training materials for process changes.
• Monitor actions, risks, dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Contribute to R2R harmonization and automation initiatives.
• Perform other duties as required.
