We are seeking an R2R Accountant who is fluent in Polish and English to join our Krakow team. You will manage general ledger, fixed assets, treasury and intercompany processes, prepare journals, perform reconciliations, and support

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience in General Ledger or Record to Report (R2R) functions
• Very good command of the English (B2)
• Knowledge of ERPs (SAP or similar), MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools
• Strong analytical skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approach
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines
• Ability to work in culturally diverse teams

Responsabilidades

• Manage general ledger, fixed assets, treasury, and intercompany processes
• Prepare complex journal entries and perform account reconciliations
• Complete required period-end closing activities and financial reporting in HFM
• Investigate and resolve complex discrepancies found during account reconciliations
• Performing internal control checks
• Support new R2R processes migration
• Provide support to auditors and tax advisors throughout the audit process
• Ensure compliance with SOX, law regulations, internal policies and procedures
• Participate in regular team and business meetings
• Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives
• Provide support for junior team members
• Ensure all targets are met by the deadlines
