Job summary

Mars in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead analytics initiatives within the R&D portfolio. You will manage end-to-end delivery, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams to translate analytics roadmaps into executable projects.

Responsibilities include planning, budgets, risk management, and ensuring successful adoption of analytics capabilities into operations while aligning with enterprise standards and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in delivery of digital capabilities within a business function.
• Bachelor degree in IT, Business or relevant business function.
• PMP certified preferred.
• Fluency in English and experience working with geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics and data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and tech roadmaps.
• Translate strategic priorities into project plans, milestones, deliverables, resource requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate business, data, analytics, engineering, architecture, and technology teams across geographies.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Ensure delivery teams maintain clear accountability for commitments and deliverables.
• Support deployment, adoption, and transition of analytics capabilities into ongoing operations.
• Prepare clear status reports, executive updates, portfolio dashboards, and steering committee materials.
