Job summary

Mars is seeking an experienced Enterprise Technology Project Manager – R&D Analytics to lead end-to-end analytics initiatives within the R&D portfolio. You will drive planning, budget management, stakeholder engagement, risk governance, and BAU transition across global teams in a hybrid environment.

The role requires strong delivery governance, ability to manage cross-functional dependencies, and a focus on trusted, scalable analytics capabilities that meet enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in delivery of digital capabilities within a business function.
• Bachelor degree in IT, Business or relevant business function.
• Functional awareness of R&D data, analytics and BI capabilities.
• Strong ability to lead and influence in a matrix organisation.
• Experience leading projects with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working in a product-oriented organisation.
• PM experience with global teams across segments.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, cloud technologies, data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics and data initiatives aligned with business priorities and tech roadmaps.
• Translate strategic priorities into project plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies and manage scope, budgets, risks, and changes.
• Ensure delivery governance and clear accountability for commitments.
• Support deployment and transition of analytics capabilities into operations.
• Prepare status reports, executive updates, and portfolio dashboards for governance forums.
