Job summary

Mars is seeking an Enterprise Technology Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of analytics initiatives for the R&D Labs portfolio. You will translate strategic priorities into detailed delivery plans, manage budgets and cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery aligns with enterprise standards and business value.

The role requires strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, with experience in both Agile and Waterfall approaches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in delivery of digital capabilities within a business function.
• Experience leading Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Fluency in English and experience with distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics initiatives across MGS Labs and R&D Labs.
• Translate strategy into project plans with milestones, budgets and resourcing.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, and external partners.
• Maintain governance, risk, and delivery reporting in line with Mars standards.
• Support transition of analytics capabilities into business-as-usual operations.
