Job summary

• 3+ years of program management or project delivery experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication with keen attention to detail.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Proven track record building trusted partnerships.
• Experience with program management tools such as Asana.

Responsibilities

• Governance: implement standardized methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain program documentation and knowledge systems.
• Support delivery of key account initiatives with Account Leadership Team.
• Ensure programs align with strategic objectives and deliver outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional program teams and manage resources.
• Report on metrics, dashboards, and risks at program level.
• Lead stakeholder reviews and prepare status updates.
• Develop contingency plans and escalation procedures.
