Job summary

Radiometer is seeking a Production Engineer Specialist (m/f/d) to improve and maintain production processes, lead validation activities, and manage technical documentation. You will collaborate with suppliers to reduce scrap and enhance efficiency while upholding quality and safety standards. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Engineering & Maintenance at Radiometer Solutions Sp.

Qualifications

• Higher education, preferably in production engineering or a similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry in a process engineering or similar role.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
• Very good command of English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate manufacturing equipment to identify potential machinery upgrades that could increase efficiency or quality.
• Work with multiple technologies and support the implementation of new ones.
• Collaborate with multiple company sites in Europe and around the world.
• Participate in the development of existing products and implementation of new products.
