Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Program or Project Management experience in manufacturing/engineering/product development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Experience managing budgets up to $10M USD, including scope, resources, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Demonstrated change management, problem-solving, and team leadership capabilities.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies and tools, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, and tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project.
• Experience creating and maintaining project schedules, action plans, issue trackers, and risk registers.
• Proven ability to identify risks, resolve blockers, drive countermeasures, and lead teams through changing priorities.
• Experience managing project budgets and tracking KPIs to support program objectives.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle and development processes is desirable.
• Knowledge of PLM systems such as Oracle, eMatrix/Enovia, or similar tools is preferred.
• Preferred certifications: APM, PMP or PfMP
• Experience in complex program/portfolio releases

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed program teams through scoping and resource securing.
• Set program targets and ensure delivery with accountability.
• Communicate effectively at all organizational levels and manage conflicts and tradeoffs.
• Develop and maintain schedules, action plans, risk registers, and KPIs to drive program execution.
