Job summary

BorgWarner Aftermarket Europe is seeking a dynamic Global Product Line Manager (m/f/d) focused on Engine Chains. Reporting to the Head of Global Product Management, you will manage the product range strategy to meet revenue and margin objectives and drive new opportunities.

We seek an experienced leader with strong analytical, presentation and English skills, capable of working in a matrix environment and delivering results across Europe.

Qualifications

• Masters/MBA/Engineering degree required or equivalent.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proven project management experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to support sales with customer visits and opportunities.
• Experience in aftermarket or automotive supplier industry is preferred.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and drive results.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the product offer across lifecycle stages.
• Act as product expert to support sales with customer visits.
• Develop business cases for range extensions and launches.
• Collaborate with data management, packaging, purchasing, logistics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align with the Business Plan.
• Review global competitive position with Sales & Marketing.
• Develop pricing strategies with pricing manager and reps.
• Support Aftersales marketing for product positioning at launch.
• Train country sales/marketing on product features and benefits.
• Produce launch materials and product literature.
