Job summary

Dürr Group Services sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Purchaser for Operational Procurement and Materials Planning in Poznań. The role focuses on purchasing components and services internationally, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have vocational training in purchasing, fluent German and English, and proven experience with SAP ordering and material planning. Strong MS Office skills and a proactive, collaborative approach are required.

Qualifications

• Vocational training in purchasing or related field.
• Fluent German and English.
• Experienced user of SAP ordering process and/or material planning.
• Experienced user of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
• Technical knowledge is an advantage.
• Knowledge of quality management tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operational purchasing (focus of the function: approx. 75%).
• Procurement of components and services internationally by placing orders.
• Provide production-relevant documents to suppliers for ordering.
• Obtain order confirmations and compare with orders.
• Check and approve invoice discrepancies.
• Execute SAP transactions and maintain purchasing data.
