Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a quantitative field is required.
• At least 12 years in analytics or procurement, with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable guidance for executives.
• Strong BI/analytics tool proficiency and data governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Procurement Insights & Intelligence function and deliver actionable insights.
• Define global procurement intelligence strategy and advance AI-enabled capabilities.
• Strengthen data governance and promote data-driven decision making.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into impactful analytics.
• Develop forward-looking insights to influence sourcing and risk strategies.
• Drive adoption of analytics and self-service intelligence solutions.
• Embed insights into category strategies and governance processes.
• Measure value and refine roadmaps based on feedback and needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage priorities, resources, and succession planning.
