We seek students able to commit 20–30 hours weekly, with English plus another language, strong MS Office skills, and solid teamwork. The position offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Student status (bachelor or master in business, management, economy, philology or technical fields).
• Fluent English plus Spanish/Italian/French.
• Available to work 20–30 hours per week.
• Very good MS Office skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration, team player.
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Systematic, open-minded and reliable.
• Ability to multitask and proactively solve issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in purchase orders placement and data collection with Buyers.
• Check deliveries against purchase orders for correct quantities.
• Support creation of new vendors in Approved Supplier List.
• Assist in resolving PO and invoice issues with Accounts Payable.
• Collaborate with internal customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Report achievements daily, weekly and monthly.
• Provide additional support to serve internal and external customers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Team Leader.
