Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is seeking a Process Engineer to participate in deploying site manufacturing processes and industrializing new products. The role involves defining production processes for new items, implementing PFMEA and control plans, and collaborating across global teams to optimize manufacturing infrastructure.

You will lead multiple projects, maintain documentation, and work with contract manufacturers to ensure robust, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 5+ years in process engineering in tech industry.
• Proven development of manufacturing processes.
• Project management skills.
• Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and electronics.
• Six Sigma, Lean, DFM/DFA, PFMEA, SPC, DOE knowledge.
• CAD skills with Inventor/Creo.
• Knowledge of WindChill, JIRA, SAP advantageous.
• Fluent English and Polish (min. B2).
• Willingness to travel internationally (≈5%).

Responsibilities

• Create and implement manufacturing instructions, BOM, tooling and Poke Yoke for existing products.
• Learn and develop PE marketing technologies with international PE team.
• Lead or contribute to manufacturing projects ensuring robust, efficient, documented processes.
• Summarize project status and report to senior management.
• Define production processes for new products meeting R&D requirements.
• Deploy SPC for product and process needs.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers globally to optimize manufacturing.
• Support cross-functional global execution and NPI in production.
