Qualifications

• 7 years minimum post qualification experience in private practice and/or as in-house counsel advising on the sell side.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.
• Experience with SaaS, data protection, and privacy matters is essential.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of customer facing and partner agreements including software and information licensing, data protection, hosting, and services.
• Identify legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements; propose mitigation strategies within business initiatives.
• Advise internal clients on legal actions to be taken, including privacy-related inquiries and data processing agreements.
