Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Poland is seeking a Data Analyst to support global licensing and commercial operations by analyzing data used in pricing proposals and licensing agreements. You will leverage Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools to ensure data accuracy and deliver reliable insights to stakeholders.

You will collaborate with international teams to maintain data quality, support compliance, and enable informed business decisions in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis with Excel and reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze licensing agreements, pricing sheets and related documentation for data accuracy and compliance.
• Support creation, processing and validation of volume licensing contracts and pricing proposals.
• Deliver pricing calculations and non-standard pricing updates per business requirements.
• Monitor data quality and policy compliance of pricing proposals before submission.
• Collaborate with international teams to resolve pricing- and contract-related queries.
• Support stakeholders with data analysis, reporting and insights for operational excellence.
