Job summary

PrimeVigilance is seeking PV Officers to join a global pharmacovigilance team. You will manage diverse case processing tasks with accountability, handling ICSS from post-marketing and trials, and supporting reporting outputs. A life science or healthcare degree and strong English skills are required.

You will work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, mentoring juniors and ensuring quality and compliance across all activities.

Qualifications

• Advanced English skills, both verbal and written, at least C1.
• Healthcare or life sciences background with relevant degree.
• Experience in pharmacovigilance or case processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process Individual Case Safety Reports from all sources in compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Cover all workflow steps in the case processing cycle, except Medical Review.
• Manage SAE/SUSAR submissions, unblinding, and reconciliations.
• Prepare outputs for periodic reporting (PBRER, DSUR, PADER, etc.).
• Mentor and train junior staff and optimize procedures.
• Demonstrate strong time management, organization, and multitasking.
