Job summary

WithSecure Oyj in Poznań is seeking a Payroll & SSC Junior Specialist to join our international People & Culture Shared Service Center on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will support payroll processing and HR operations across 11 countries, collaborating with local vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery.

This role is ideal for someone early in their HR/payroll career who wants hands-on exposure to multi-country operations in a fast-paced, global SaaS

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, payroll, or shared services is expected.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS is a plus.
• Comfort with Jira for HR service requests.
• Strong Excel data handling and numerical analysis.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Attention to detail and deadline ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing across 11 countries, ensuring accurate and timely data flow between Workday, HR operations, and payroll vendors.
• Act as a day-to-day point of contact with external payroll vendors, coordinating inputs, resolving queries, and tracking deadlines.
• Manage and resolve HR transactions and employee requests via Jira, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain, update, and audit employee data in Workday to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance ahead of payroll cut-offs.
• Support benefits administration across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and a positive employee experience.
• Help identify data discrepancies or process gaps and contribute ideas for operational improvement.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and payroll vendors to support data quality and smooth month-end processing.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, GDPR requirements, and local employment regulations.
