ABB in Kraków is seeking a Patch Management SME to lead the Qualys Patch Management platform across ABB. You will enable global teams, onboard units, manage access and provide expert guidance aligned with cyber governance and operational excellence.

The role requires strong ITIL experience, Windows/Linux expertise, and collaboration with InfoSec and Infrastructure. You will work in a hybrid model supporting worldwide ABB teams.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise IT environments with ITIL-based service management.
• Strong understanding of Patch/Vulnerability Management processes in regulated environments.
• Experience with Qualys Patch Management is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments at enterprise scale.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the subject matter expert for Patch Management service and related services across ABB.
• Support onboarding of Business Units, Divisions, applications, and infrastructure teams to the platform.
• Manage user access requests, role assignments and platform entitlements in line with ABB governance.
• Conduct platform introduction sessions, demos, and training workshops for ABB teams globally.
• Provide technical guidance on Qualys capabilities, prerequisites, and limitations aligned with ABB standards.
• Investigate and troubleshoot platform issues with ABB support teams and Qualys.
• Manage vendor support cases through resolution and liaise with Qualys on defects and feature requests.
• Maintain operational procedures and knowledge articles for ABB teams.
• Collaborate with Vulnerability Management, InfoSec and Infrastructure teams to ensure consistent processes.
• Participate in testing and validation of platform releases and enhancements.
• Identify and drive automation and improvement opportunities.
