Job summary

Euroclear is seeking a Vulnerability Management Expert to join the Patch Orchestration Team across Poland and Belgium. You will coordinate remediation efforts, liaise with CISO security teams, and drive data-driven security improvements through reporting and dashboards.

The role requires strong collaboration with IT and business stakeholders, expertise in vulnerability scanning tools, and experience with ITSM platforms to manage remediation workflows. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Vulnerability scanner knowledge with tools like Rapid7, Tenable, Qualys, or similar platforms.
• Data analysis and reporting using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) and Power BI.
• Security knowledge: CVSS, threat exposure, patch management.
• Process & Communication: track, expand and follow up remediation tasks with multiple teams.
• Stakeholder management: coordinate with IT, risk, and business units; explain security issues to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Vulnerability Scanning & Data Collection; monitor weekly reports and data integrity.
• Remediation Coordination: track progress with asset owners and send follow-ups.
• Advisory & Support: respond to queries and provide trend analysis; support patching cycles.
• Documentation & Process Management: track lifecycle and maintain audit trails; translate findings into tickets and campaigns.
• Stakeholder Engagement: participate in governance calls; escalate issues to senior management; coordinate with risk and IT teams.
• Executive Reporting & Communication: draft management reports; prepare quarterly security posture metrics.
