Galvion seeks a Senior Vice President, Global Operations to lead global manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain, and planning across multiple sites including Poland. This executive will report to the Founder & CEO and drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires deep experience in defence/manufacturing, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead large, diverse teams globally.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• MBA or other relevant graduate degree is considered a strong asset.
• Minimum of 18 years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience, including 8 years in a senior executive role.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a global operations strategy aligned with corporate objectives and growth plans.
• Lead multi-site operations across Canada, U.S., UK, and Poland with accountability for manufacturing, QA, supply chain, and planning.
• Drive continuous improvement, scalable processes, and KPI governance across all sites.
• Oversee ERP and business process excellence, ensure integration with IT and data standards.
• Provide strategic leadership to the executive team, manage budgets and capital plans, and support growth investments.
