Accenture Poland is seeking a Senior Industry X Leader to shape the digital manufacturing capabilities for our European clients. You will lead a team, engage with executives, and drive multi-year programs across CG&S, Chemicals, Lifesciences.

This role blends strategy, delivery, and client engagement, with travel across Europe and hybrid work arrangements. You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and deliver measurable value through MES/MOM and IIoT initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in CG&S / Chemicals / Lifesciences
• Engineering background with MBA preferred
• Experience in IIoT, cloud solutions, data analytics, automation and control
• Experience with MES platforms Siemens, Dassault and Rockwell
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and energy management
• Program and project management across multiple stakeholders
• Translating business requirements to technical specs
• Sales and client relations management
• People management of Accenture teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of Digital Manufacturing capabilities in Polish node of Capability Network, managing the team and reporting to leadership
• Serve as SME in Digital Manufacturing Strategy & Excellence, Energy Management, MES/MOM and remote operations centers
• Manage project budgets, deliverables and resources; vendor relationships; risks; change requests
• Develop business with current and new clients; identify opportunities; contribute to proposals
