Job summary

ICL Group in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Global Internal Auditor for SME Procurement, Supply Chain and Inventory. You will lead audits across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and supplier management, driving improvements in controls and efficiency.

The role requires 8–10+ years of internal audit experience in Supply Chain/Procurement, strong English, and willingness to travel globally. A master’s degree or professional certification is advantageous, and a hybrid 4 days in office schedule is

Qualifications

• Extensive internal audit experience in supply chain and procurement (8–10+ years)
• Experience auditing ERP-enabled processes and IT controls
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
• Experience performing global site audits and physical inventory observations
• Willingness to travel globally as required by the audit plan

Responsibilities

• Audit procurement, supply chain, inventory, and related processes.
• Lead risk assessments and audit planning activities.
• Audit ERP-enabled processes and IT controls; ensure robust governance.
• Report audit findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Travel globally as required by the audit plan.
