Job summary

Planet is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to design and execute an internal control framework and lead co-sourced audit activities across Europe and North America. You will plan, execute, and communicate audit results to senior management, ensuring issues are tracked and closed timely.

The role requires deep experience with ITGC controls, regulatory compliance, and a collaborative approach to build a future-ready internal audit function that supports a fast-paced payments technology business.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing internal control frameworks.
• Audited ITGC controls and PSD2/compliance requirements.
• Experience managing co-source partnerships for audits.
• Ability to work across multi-region environments (EU/NA).
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute an Internal Control Framework.
• Input into the Audit schedule; plan, execute, and issue audit findings.
• Manage co-source partnerships to deliver audit work.
• Evaluate compliance with laws, regulations, and enterprise standards in EU/NA regions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting internal audit.
• Maintain quality control throughout audit engagements.
